President - Founder

Przemek (Shemek) Fedyczkowski

Przemek Fedyczkowski has been actively involved in the software industry for over 12 years now. As the visionary behind the core concept at Cleo Networks, Przemek is focused with a goal to build the next generation of IP based communication technologies. Przemek applies a hands-on approach in every stage of R & D; he is an idea powerhouse with experience in business planning, sales & marketing strategies and project management. Przemek is passionate about technology innovation and focused in delivering the most up-to-date, communication services & technologies to end-users around the world.

With a philosophy to build products from the client perspective as well as results-driven product management with all stakeholders, Przemek is always researching optimal marketing & sales strategies - primarily via technology convergence. His leadership skills are reflected in his ability to hire the most talented individuals within a given capacity and in his ability to motivate them to achieve the highest results. Prior to launching Cleo Networks Przemek operated Creative Avenue Communications for 5 years, this was a successful marketing company that specialized in the software industry.

Piotr Dworak

Mr. Dworak most recently worked in EFG Leasing S.A. as Regional Director for the new southern Poland regional office. Mr. Dworak was hired for his previous management experience to lead management in overall business development from the ground up, including building a sales network. From May 2004 to February 2008 Mr. Dworak worked in Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy S.A. as Regional Director based out of Wroclaw. During those 4 years Mr. Dworak continually lead his regional department to be the most successful of all other Polish regions within the company. Mr. Dworak takes his professional life very seriously and firmly believes in taking an active role from the ground up. He is known for his ability to successfuly design and implement new procedures which streamline internal processes and sales strategies across entire departments and across regional departments.

Prior to being Regional Director, from February 1995 he held the position of Branch Director in Kraków at Europejski Fundusz Leasingowy S.A. Mr. Piotr Dworak studied at AGH Kraków were he studied Geophysics and holds a masters in engineering. However soon after graduation Mr. Dworak began employment in the financial sector.

Chief Technology Officer

Alexey Mykhaylov

Alexey Mykhaylov brings more than 10 years of experience in software industry. He has worked for several companies in Canada and Europe focusing on design and implementation of web applications and enterprise systems. Alexey is passionate about making web technologies more efficient and user friendly.

In addition to his involvement with Cleo, Alexey is also a co-owner of a software development company. Alexey has a Master’s degree in software development and Bachelor’s degree in IT management.
