Previously Globetech Ventures Corp. was engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of a gold and molybdenum mineral property located near Atlin, British Columbia, Canada. As the mineral business does not fit the current business model, Globetech Ventures Corp. will place the mining assets into a subsidiary company and spin out the shares to the existing shareholders. In this manner the shareholders will continue to hold an interest in the mineral assets. |
